The largest bonus that Felix can receive this year is equal to 20% of his annual salary. The smallest bonus that he can receive this year is 30% of his largest possible bonus. What is Felix's annual salary?

1) The smallest possible bonus that Felix can receive this year is $4,800.00
2) The difference between the largest and smallest bonus that Felix can receive this year is $11,200.00

The OA is D

His smallest bonus is 30% of 20% of his salary, so, multiplying, is 6% of his salary. Statement 1 tells us his smallest bonus, and since we know that's 6% of his salary, we can find his salary. Statement 2 tells us the difference in his largest and smallest bonuses, and since 20% - 6% = 14%, that difference is 14% of his total salary, so we can also find his salary from Statement 2 alone. So the answer is D.
