One important point to take note of here is the use of semi colon (;). It is used to join two independent clauses or to connect two complete sentences.

Option A - Incorrect
This is absolutely incorrect as the two sentences involved here can only be joined them perfectly with the use of semicolon and not a comma.

Option B - Incorrect
Here, the second clause CANNOT stand on its own. This means it is independent. This is so because it begins with 'THAT'.

Option C - Correct
This option is error free. It contains the required semicolon needed to show that the two classes are dependent on each other, to show continuity. Furthermore, the two sentences are also independent if separated.

Option D - Incorrect
The clauses, particularly the second one is dependent and this does not fit in. Thereby, making this option Wrong

Option E - Incorrect
The first clause is dependent, and also the use of pronoun is faulty considering the fact that 'where' is used wrongly.
