Terminating Decimals

The OA is B.
The only required data that we need is whether all the 3 in the denominator can be removed which is supplied by the second statement

My answer is B, because a terminating decimal has only (2 or 5)or(2 and 5) in denominator. So B informs us that there will be no 3 in denominator. Hence Decimal is terminating.
