Suggestion on Books

Hi guys,
I am new to this forum and looks like this is the place to get advice/information for people who are trying to take GMAT.
I am looking for some some books so that I can start studying. I have around 4 months to take the exam. I got Barrons GMAT book last year, but I am not sure if it is the right book. I got it last year thinking I will start studying and take the test but I never opened the book. Was not motivated enough. But I think now is the time and I need to stop procrastinating and at least attempt the test.
So the bottom line is that I need some suggestions for books. What do you guys think about the Barrons book?
What are the other books that are suggested?

@eternal_optimist - I take it back. I have read those posts in the Strategy section. I got a little confused because there is so much material on this site, its overwhelming.

Nikunj,

I have not heard of Barrons for GMAT. Your first book should help you get a hang of GMAT: by discussing various question types, sub-types, underlying concepts and helpful strategies and by offering sufficient practice problems. Kaplan Premier helped me in this regard. You too can try it.

You should also check out official review of various books in BTG. Its under the self study section.

A little more persistence, a little more effort, and what seemed hopeless failure may turn to glorious success.
