Is it possible that after getting 18 questions=almost 50% of the questions wrong, I can score 46

You do realize that because it's an adaptive test (i.e. the questions are weighted), you can't rely solely on the number of questions you got wrong and right as an indicator of the score you'll get at the end?

2) In the whole test, I came across at least 6-7 questions I was already familiar with.
So I don't think this score of mine is an actual one.
How should I gauge myself in such a case?

When you say familiar with, do you actually mean it's a repeat question? As in you've seen the exact same question before?There's a big difference between 'familiar with' and exactly the same. In this instance, assuming it's the latter case, you score is probably lower than 690. By how much, it's hard to say. I'd just be making numbers up by telling you something. [/quote]
