D has subject verb agreement error.

However, can someone elaborate on differences between A ( city with positive embellishments) and E (city, whose positive) .

A tip for a tip
in the city, whose positive embellishments
whose is none essential modifier . The sentence should be able to stand without the modifier . There is no way we can tell which city is described in the sentence
Now tell me what does `with positive embellishments ... `modify ?

Does with positive ... modify city or stories or portrayal . What is the intended meaning of the sentence . It doesnt make for city to have positive embellishments .Then why is the with modifier next to city . It should be close to stories or portrayal
