Option A: Wrong
The statement is filled with less productive words copied from the question without proper analysis and dissection. It amounts to nothing if we cant get anything from something.

Option B: Right
With the direct replacement of demonstrative pronoun "that" with "who" which is more fitting and contextually more sensible to the statement than the former. It also has the continuous form of a verb "come" which is "comes" which means it's in the long term.

Option C: Wrong
The statement in this option agrees well with one another. Nevertheless, it lacks the continuity condition expected of the verb "come". would have been entirely correct but for shortcoming.

Option D: Wrong
Same grammatical and lexico-structural problems is encountered here again. The tense agreement is lacking here and lacks conformity with the original subject.

Option E: Wrong
This is although a sane rearrangement, it is nonetheless not enough to qualify it for the threshold set for such arrangements. Correct but not the best of all the options.
