the problem statement tells us that n/5 = I. it also tells us that n=p^2*q. therefore either p or q MUST be a multiple of 5.

only choice B - p^2 * q^2 gives us the affirmative that we will have 2 fives to cancel out the 25.

Kindly search GMAT prep question on Google. Just type the question followed by ",gmat".

You will get a links to solutions at MGMAT forum,BTG, URCH and gmat club. read all solutions/approaches.
Cheers !!

the first link is BTG
the second is MGMAT,
the 3rd is urch
4th is gmat club, need I say more ?

That should be enough to clear any doubts on any question, follow same procedure for ALL gmat prep stuff - until u have something really new to discuss.
Cheers !!

let p=5 and q=3 meaning n=75 or p=3 and q=5 meaning n=45.
in both the cases n is multiple for 5.

like wise for n to be divisible by 25,meaning n/25 = Integer.

n= 25I. So,check for p=5,q=3 and vice versa for all the options.
Only B will provide multiple of 25 in all cases.
Hence B it is.
