A means

convinced of education

this phrase has no meaning inhere and is wrong although the phrase is grammatical

convinced that education is in university

is logic and right

mainly SC tests logic. That means SC tests your ability to realize a choice which is grammatical but not logic and so wrong. In short, you have to realize which meaning is logic between two given meanings
