Can someone please explain to me the "therefore" part, below? In both "therefore" cases, I see three unknowns and only two equations. How can w=y and x=z ??

x + y = 90
Since both equal 90, set them equal to each other.
w + x = x + y
Subtract x from both sides.
w = y
I suspect that you can do the other one yourself now.
