rather than addressing the question, i will point out that the gmat has *never* included a question with a format resembling this one -- and almost certainly never will. ("find the exact point of disagreement" is a very lawyerly thing to do, so it's not surprising that this problem comes from lsat materials.) therefore, it is pointless for gmat aspirants to study questions like this one.
DO NOT USE LSAT CRITICAL REASONING PROBLEMS TO STUDY FOR THE GMAT!
CRITICAL REASONING ON THE LSAT IS *COMPLETELY* DIFFERENT!
