(1) Rephrase stem as "What is the units digit of 100z"? Insufficient.

For each of the statements, put 2 in the place that the statement says the two is in. Then, divide by either 100 or 1000 (depending on the statement). Finally, check to see if the 2 ends up in the hundredths spot.

I understand statement 1 but 2 is not clear
if for example the number Z is 0.002
so 1000Z is 2 as statement 2 says
so if the digit number is 2 is 2 and 2/1000 is 0.002 , 2 is the hundredths digit
NO?
