its just about the preferred way to strike a comparison.... x is to y what a is to b

hence E is preferred.

isnt is should be..

X is to Y AS WHAT a is to b
X is to Y just as a is to b
X is similar to Y is the other..

Any how E is closer
First take: 640 (50M, 27V) - RC needs 300% improvement
