Confusion between two choices in SC
Hi, guys i am facing problem with SC. I can eliminate 3 wrong choices, but then get confused between the rest two choices. I need your help. Please advice me.

If you pick some positive integers you will find that the integer 25 goes with statement two. I guess the answer is B.

The assumption of this question is "cause-effect" assumption. In this case the direction of cause- effect cant be reversed. If you rephrase the correct answer like this way-"immune system activity decrease causes mental illness" it will be clear to you. Try to understand this way...

But Stuart, my point is that the question stem only says that they are integers. So why don't we apply negative integer scenario to pick number?
If we do so the picture will be more complicated. Please help me out from this loophole of my thinking.
