Which of the following fractions has a decimal equivalent that is a terminating decimal?

A. 10/189
B. 15/196
C. 16/225
D. 25/144
E. 39/ 128

There must be another way to solve this other than long division, Hopefully

its E , after 4 minutes of calculations

The answer is E. If the denominator can be expressed as either 2 to the power of n or 5 to the power of n, the number will be a terminating number. Since 128 = 2^7, its a terminating number.
