A - Incorrect comparison. consumer and producer prices are
compared to "rising interest rates"
C - No cause-effect here. We know both are increasing, not one
because of the other
D - like should not be used to introduce a clause which has a verb
E - as cannot be used to compare nouns.
B has the correct parallelism.
