'with the aim of to heal' is unidiomatic expression. You aim AT something.
A uses it and healing and easing is parallel as well. Whats the OA?

There is no such rule or supporting facts that GMAT avoids using ing verbs.Sabira Naik wrote:

"aimed at" is perfect here as in A.
Please refer Manhattan SC - "with the aim to" is not an accepted idiom
