C also uses express, so why not Cniraj_a wrote:E for sure, when choosing between C and E.
E is the one that maintains the tense of the non-underlined portion by using "Express"

ok.. let's go away from what seems better to something technically correct
about is a preposition.. usually connects noun with a phrase or a noun.. anxiety is a noun.. and the part after anxiety is a proper clause.. that is it has a subject and a verb.. so you need "that" here and not "about"
