Yup, diagram for the win!

Look at the following:

Large camp, scandal: Not run
Large camp, no scandal: Not run

Small camp, scandal: Run
Small camp, no scandal: Not run

Choice D fits perfectly. C was a pretty good trick; but, if Lutz was very rich and had scandalous records, she wouldn't run.
