Hi Dinesh,
Thanks for sharing your profile. You have strong academics and, although you're an Indian Male engineer, you're differentiated through your U.S. Masters' degree and U.S. work experience. However, given the technical nature of your work and your lack of extracurricular and community leadership, I think you are overshooting with your current list. HBS/GSB are unlikely as you don't have the kind of leadership and well rounded profile they tend to lean towards. I'd say Duke, Michigan, Booth, Cornell are good target programs. The others are going to be reaches.
I hope this helps,
Mili

Hi Dinesh,
Jumping in for Mili here; I would think you are on track for MIT and Haas, with Columbia slightly more difficult. The challenge will be as Mili described, somehow demonstrating how you are different from the other engineering applicants, so I encourage you to think thoroughly about what experiences and traits and skills you will bring to the program, and how you can differentiate yourself from the large crowd of similarly-qualified applicants.
Hope that helps!
