IMO, answer should be C.

Solutions A and B use the verb "to be," which is incorrect because this is not parallel with the past tense verb "had." Eliminate.

D and E both use a non restrictive clause starting with the word "which." Whenever you see a non restrictive clause check the noun it refers to. Non restrictive clauses grammatically refer to the noun immediately preceding the clause - in this case it incorrectly refers to the word "feet." Eliminate.

C has to be the correct answer

Sentence reads that "the Quetzalcoatlus had a wingspan of 36 feet", and today also we believe that "it was the largest flying creature the world has ever seen. "

So i don't find any tense problem here, thus present tense seems ok. Plz clarify.
