|x| = x, if x>0
|x| = -x, if x<0
So,
1)x/|x| = 1 < x for x>0
2)x/|x| = -1 <x for x<0
From(1): x>0 and x>1 So, x>1
From(2): x>-1 and x<0 So, -1<x<0
Hence, B
|x| = x, if x>0
|x| = -x, if x<0
So,
1)x/|x| = 1 < x for x>0
2)x/|x| = -1 <x for x<0
