[10 + (n-1)]/n = 1.36

ie .36 = 9n so n=25 ie n>24

Average delivery cost of n chairs is 1.36

So we have n chairs, with cost of delivery for first chair is $10 and $1 extra for each (n-1) chairs

ie [$10 + (n-1)*$1]/n = 1.36
