Should be (A), here's what I did

x:y = 10a/3b = 10/3. This ,means a = b.
Similarly, y:z = 3b/7c = 3/7. This means b =c

Now, the expression is
(7x+2y+5z)/(8a+b+3c)

Numerator, when expanded becomes 70a + 6b + 35c
Denominator, is 8a + b + 3c

Since a = b = c, The ratio thus becomes 111/12

OA please?

x =10a; y = 3b;z =7c
Substitute a=b=c=1, you get x=10,y=3,z=7
The expression is(7x+2y+5z)/(8a+b+3c) = (70+6+35)/(8+1+3) = 111/12 Answer : A

x =10a; y = 3b;z =7c

Again x : y : z = 10 : 3 : 7

So, 10a = 10 , 3b = 3 & 7c = 7

Hence , a = b = c = 1

So , x = 10 , y = 3 and z = 7

Now we have to find -

(7x+2y+5z)/(8a+b+3c)

7*10 + 2*3 + 5*7 / 8*1 + 1 + 3*1

70+6+35 / 12

111/12

So option A will be the answer...
