its is the correct pronoun, however which incorrectly modifies country instead of the book market.
I choose E.
Can some one please tell why B is incorrect, I read that which can modify the noun phrase....here noun phrase is "book market in country".

book market in country, which XYZ....

So why which is not modifying the same ?

Please have a look at the following question where that is modifying the noun phrase instead of immediately preceding noun.

Hi instructor, do you think the a market ranging has problem in Choice A and C? I think it is ok because this a noun appositiveand "a market" is the repeat noun. Am I correct?
Thanks in advance!
