Hi,
Peer recommendation says that the person cannot be a supervisor or subordinate.
If I am a peer with someone in the office, but we worked on an extracurricular project in which I managed the project (and therefore her), can she still count as a "peer" or is this considered "subordinate"?
Thank you,
Tess
