Yeah: don't worry about it. Other than retaking the GMAT and getting higher, there's not anything you could or should do. But really it's no big deal. Meaning that yes, schools prefer balanced scores etc. but there is not cut off point for percentiles (and it's better to have the lower percentile on verbal anyhow). I don't think it's even something you need to explain. Just apply with it.
