Dear vongdn,
I think you have a chance at this online program if you can convince the admissions committee that you can successfully handle the work and the program makes sense for your career goals. You finished college strong, which is good, but you do need to address your rocky start and provide evidence as to how you will continue to be successful in the classroom. Your GMAT should also be addressed, and perhaps retaken, depending on the school's range. Since the average is a 580, you might be in range, but you need to determine what the current range is of GMAT scores to know for sure. The school should be able to give you a better idea of whether or not your 510 is in the acceptable range. Finally, your rationale for doing this MBA program needs to be solid and make sense for your career goals. Do not underestimate the importance of presenting why now is the right time and how this is the right program. Likewise, the quality of your work experience to date can also mitigate your GMAT.
Good luck,
Lisa
