It was a sheer guess which turned out to be the correct answer, But i want to know how should i go with such questions, what shuld be the thought process??

You put TIME = 00h00 at midnight on Monday

First bus will leave at: 15h00 / 25h00 / 35h00 / ...
Second bus will leave at: 16h00 / 41h00 / 56h00 / ...

--> It is cleat that they will never leave the same time
