-- it's very personal based on so many different factors that only you can evaluate. If you just want to get the "unbiased" opinion on "which is better" then check out the respective rankings - which of course are all over the map! Which is maybe why you've asked here huh?

What you should do is reach out to both school communities and figure out how you feel about them. Look at their employment reports and see what type of recruiting opportunities are available at each.
And don't discount the $$$ awards! That actually should be an important part of the equation in how you figure this out.
