I am not sure why its not A) 4 points because the question asks for point "ON" the circle. and there are only 4 points "On" the circle. (0,5) , (5,0) , (0,-5) and (-5,0)
If the radius of the circle is 5, and the circle is centered on the origin (0,0) then any point that is 5 units from the origin will be on the circle.
