Please help!!!! really concerned

I took gmat once scoring 3 months ago scoring 610, today I did the exam another time but I ended up cancelling the exam because I couldn't even concentrate during the whole exam because the class was too noisy. during the gmat prep exams I was scoring between 700-740
I would like to know how this will affect in my future applications for b-schools. I am targeting 700 hundred or above in order to be able to apply to LBS, which is my first objective, so I need someone to explain me if this is going to affect in my application even if in my second real attemp which would be in a month period I can get 700 or above?
Looks bad in an application to take the exam two or three time?

Thanks so much....

Hello,

Taking the exam twice is perfectly fine. If you score well the second time, the first score won't matter - there can be lots of reasons a well qualified person can mess up the exam (distracted, tired, upset, sick, nervous, etc.), but you can't "accidentally" do well. A third retake would probably be OK, but after that it gets questionable. It also depends on context, i.e., a strong undergrad GPA can help mitigate a so-so GMAT.
