You have a wonderful profile:
1. Speaking mandarin fluently

Have you spoken to admissions staff from John Hopkins? They can give you feedback on how they perceive online programs. Also, irrespective of their response, you still want to get as high a score as possible because many management consulting companies screen candidates by GMAT score when selecting whom to interview.
