First, try to improve your GMAT score; every improvement counts when you are at 690 (even a 700) looks visually (psychologically) more impressive.
I would target the schools 8-15 at which banks with investment banking functions recruit. This list would include Michigan Ross, Duke Fuqua, UCLA Anderson, Cornell Johnson, NYU Stern, Virginia Darden etc. You might also research safety schools like UNC Kenan-Flagler and UT McCombs to see if you would accomplish your goals at those schools. Also, given the uniqueness of someo of your personal and community accomplishments you might reach into more competitive schools. If time is of a concern look for those schools with applications that have similar questions to the questions of the schools to which you are already applying. So, Columbia is an immediate example.
