Hello friends!
This block error shows mainly because of number of wrong payment attempts. The GMAT only accepts credit card. If you are trying to use any other card, it will not work and will probably block your account.
If your account is already block now, then the only solution is to call them on your regional office number which is available on mba.com
You will have to confirm your details to them, only then they will remove the block. Call them as soon as you can.

Hi,

I have been trying to register for my GMAT exam. Previously, when I went to the payment page, the transaction failed 4 times since my card was not eligible for international transactions. Now when I am trying to pay using a different card, my account on mba.com throws the following message:

"Block error
We're sorry, there is a problem with your GMAT account which requires you to speak with customer care. Please visit www.mba.com/contact to find the appropriate phone number."

Also, nobody at the customer care service in India is answering my call. Please provide a solution for the above mentioned problem as I need to book my GMAT exam at the earliest.

The email-ID associated with my account on mba.com is - [email protected]
