a SIMILAR QUESTION was posted elsewhere in the forum.According to me market needs has, and it could be "that bring". Unsure though
You can, for example never foretell what any one man will do, but you can say with precision what an average number will be up to!

In A and D, have grown (plural) does not agree with a market (singular).
Eliminate A and D.

In C and E, bring (plural) does not agree with a market (singular).
Eliminate C and E.

The correct answer is B.

Meaning conveyed by the OA:
A market for human-inspired accessories and accoutrements HAS GROWN.
This market IS BRINGING FORTH rhinestone studded collars, cashmere dog sweaters, and canopied pet beds.
