For sure it is B.

"has" and "is bringing" are required

a market for human-inspired accessories and accouterments that is bringing

That modifies a market.

I chose B.

The correction here deals with subject verb agreement. The subject in the underlined phrase is "market" so we know that the two verbs "have grown" and "are brining" need to be corrected to fit the singular noun "market."

I think the answer is C.
Reasons:
Things that are ... accoutrements that bring - parallel
Singular subject - singular verb (obsession - has)

Guys please correct me..

The difference between choices B and E is in terms of the verb tense of the verb 'is bringing' and the SV number agreement.
Notice that the original sentence uses 'is bringing' which implies that this action is a continuous action. choice B preserves this meaning and hence is correct.
Choice E on the other hand uses simple present tense for this verb implying that this action is a fact.

furthermore, bring - plural does not agree in number with singular-market.
