I searched for this, but cant find it.
Choice A becomes: 1/0.2 = 10/2 = 5.
Choice B becomes (0.2)^2 = 0.2 x 0.2 = 0.04.
Choice D becomes 0.2/2 = 0.1.
We see that 0.02 in choice C is the smallest.
Answer: C
