A. their share of the country’s $21 billion book market from 6 percent to 10 percent, a market ranging
Their is the incorrect pronoun

B. from 6 percent to 10 percent its share of the $21 billion book market in the country, which ranges
its is the correct pronoun, however which incorrectly modifies country instead of the book market.

C. to 10 percent from 6 percent in their share of the $21 billion book market in the country, a market ranging
Their is the incorrect pronoun

D. in its share, from 6 percent to 10 percent, of the $21 billion book market in the country, which ranges
This is very awkward sounding. "the company will increase in its share"

E. to 10 percent from 6 percent its share of the country’s $21 billion book market, which ranges
its is the correct pronoun and which correctly refers to the book market.

I choose E.

My main doubt with E is that it uses the incorrect idiom ' to x from y' instead of correct idiom 'from x to y'..correct me if i am wrong.

In MGMAT sc book:

Idoms:

The price fell FROM 10 euros TO 3 euros.
The price fell TO 3 euros FROM 10 euros.

They are both correct.

D in its share, from 6 percent to 10 percent, of the $21 billion book market in the country, which ranges

Simply eliminate D for illogical reference of which to country

no need to think so much about awkward construction...they are generally personalised....

A. Their (company是单数,没有出现复数的主语,their指代不清) share of the country’s $21 billion book market from 6 percent to 10 percent, a market ranging
B. from 6 percent to 10 percent its share of the $21 billion book market in the country, which (修饰country,有歧义) ranges
C. to 10 percent from 6 percent in Their (company是单数,没有出现复数的主语,their指代不清)share of the $21 billion book market in the country, a market ranging
D. in its share, from 6 percent to 10 percent, of the $21 billion book market in the country, which (修饰country,有歧义) ranges
E. to 10 percent from 6 percent its share of the country’s $21 billion book market, which ranges

So it is clearly E

What's the OA for this question?

I have a paper test which has this question. The OA is mentioned as (B). I doubt it.

I believe answer to be B. I havent read/confronted with the answer to X from Y.

Is to X from Y the correct idiom?
"Native of" is used for a individual while "Native to" is used for a large group

Also B is wrong because which refers to country and not market like it should...
