The question states "The 32 species that make up the dolphin family are closely related to whales and in fact include the animal known as the killer whale, which can grow to be 30 feet long and is famous for its aggressive hunting pods.
I have a question about option E.
E. includes the animal known as the killer whale, which can grow to be 30 feet long and it is
Here I see multiple errors.
1. includes does not agree with plural subject "32 species".
2. "it is famous for its hunting pods" - does "it" here refer to "32 species"? or are we taking the whole clause after "and" to be an independent clause in which "it" does not have a clear antecedent?
please help clarify. thank you.

I think there is some error; it cannot be "includes"

Here, both which and it seem to refer to the killer whale.ruwan_s wrote: E. includes the animal known as the killer whale, which can grow to be 30 feet long and it is

Two different pronouns cannot have the same referent.
