(A) "419 times more pay than blue collar workers" compares pay to workers - parallelism error

(B) looks OKish

(C) "as compared to 42 times their pay, the ratio in 1980" does not make sense

(D) "that" is required after indicates

(E) "that" is required after indicates

So, this winner is..... (B) :D
