There are 10 males who smoke in a group. The number of females who smoke is half of the nonsmoker of female. Is the number of nonsmoker of male larger than the number of females who smoke?
1) 12 males don't smoke in the group
2) 60% of nonsmokers are females

Let the number of female non smokers be X, and
Let the number of male non smokers be Y, then
number of female smokers = 0.5 X and
number of male smokers = 10

Now the question can be rephrased to Is Y > 0.5X
1) 12 males don't smoke in the group
Y = 12, Insufficient data. Hence Insufficient!
2) 60% of nonsmokers are females
Total number of female smokers/Total number of smokers = X/(X+Y) = 60/100
X/Y = 3/2
Y = 0.66X > 0.5X, Sufficient to answer the question
