If m is divisible by 3, how many prime factors does m have?
1). m/3 is divisible by 3.

m = 3*3*K. Insufficient as K can be 2 or 2*5 or any integer
2). m/3 has two different prime factors.
If 2 and 3 are the two different prime factors of m/3 then m will have 2 different prime factors
If 2 and 5 are the two different prime factors of m/3 then m will have 3 different prime factors

From 1 and 2, X(a prime) and 3 are the two different prime factors of m. Sufficient
