If 300<X<400, is the tens digit of x greater than 5?
1). The units' digit of x is greater than 4
X can be 366 or it can be 346. Insufficient to answer.
2). When x is added with 237, the hundreds digit will be equal to 6
X >363, so the ten's digit is always >6 Sufficient!

IMO B
