Ask a Grockit representative

Hey Grockit people,

I am simply loving the material on your database. But I am facing serious problems using the grockit interface. if something can be done. please help.

1>I get kicked out of games often.
2>Sometimes Nothing can be done after pressing on an answer choice. The confirm button does not work. So have to exit.
3> Sometimes the timer does not appear and i have to play the game untimed. However questions do change with the time.

I have tried, mozilla/IE as well as google crome.

Its really difficult as it kills a lot of time to restart the game once it is crashes or gets stuck.
