Princeton Review - Free Practice Test - Score Accuracy??

Hi,

I took PR free test today and found a very very disappointing score.

640
Quant: 48 ( 33 out of 37 )
Verbal: 31 ( 30 out of 41 )

I know my verbal is not very strong but its not this much weak either. I have taken 3 Other GMAT test and scored:

MGCAT:
720 ( 49/39)
680 ( 48/35)

Veritas:
680 ( 50/37)

Can any one tell me how accurate are PR scores? I was thinking that i will score 700+ as I was more prepared. I am very demoralized right now.

with even 37/41 questions correct PR cat gives verbal 39. U can deduce a conclusion from this.


however PR verbal content is really good. Especially RC's.

Whoa...!! It seems like PR is doing all this so that students join its course...!!

Yeah, I agree with you its Verbal is very decent and a nice representation of actual GMAT questions. I really like its CR and RC questions.. very crispy... :)

Yes , I gave one too .
same Result .48 on Quant with 4 mistakes .!
I believe the algorithm has serious issues .

I have had issues with PR verbal aswell!!

I got 35 on my first GMATPrep.. and I scored a 40 on Knewton..

Whereas PR gave me a 23.. which is like the other end of 40.. maybe i did do the test badly but a drop from 35/40 to 23 really got me disturbed!!
