Congo mate
Don't look for the incorrect things that you have done rather look for remedies....

Congrats on the great score. I think that your way to the top schools has become a lot easier with a 730. I needed your help and advice a bit.I'm losing my sleep over the silly mistakes I am making during practice tests. I have taken two tests so far and when I review my tests, I just feel like pulling my hair when I see that a lot of the questions which I get wrong are wrong simply because of the silly mistakes which I make. Any tips which you have ?

This is really a great story.Your plan was very effective. I've just started my prep. What did you differently in the second attempt which helped you achieve a 730.Asking this question so that I don't end up making the mistakes which you did in the first attempt. Thanks

To make it short I didn't ignore math like I did in my first attempt. I also made concerted efforts to improve my RC :)
