I am trying my best to avoid words debate as much as possible.(as we might be going in circle...words may not be enough to change any one in such a short period.)sandeep800 wrote: Just see the two lines in red color written by u .....
U wanna come up with whole Wikipedia explanation for a word and then in the end u say that u still haven't said that......
Lets use it for gmat prespective as i feel it will be beneficial for every one.
Firstly, may be bit late but i like to congratulate you for winning top prizes.I remember you were top prize winner from first week.(i hope it is not considered as Ad hominem, personal attack, just my compliments).
Few Days back, when i was studying Critical reasoning, i came across two situations.
I am just a learner.
1)Condition of roads in this country is very bad.
Now when author says that ,Should it be always understood like The author is trying to say "Goverment is corrupt." or "Goverment is not functioning well".
I dont think such inference will be right.Same here i guess.
2)Claim:Your candies are not good as it has xyz that effects the health.
Response:What do mean by health.Good health doesnt comes...
What i learned from this was, rather than actually mitigating the claim or investing on the things, the response is opening new area of discussing or diverging the discussion without considering 'what is important(claim)?'.
Thanks for your suggestion.
No offence.
Any way just a clarification on my part and a bit gmat prep(for which we all are here i guess).
That was my line of reasoning(which may be wrong as well),so still learning. Thanks for putting your prespective as well with suggestion.I will try to consider it as well.
GMAT score is equally counted as your GPA and 78 clicks can change you life.
