first 5 positive integer multiples of x
=1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x

st 1: more than 2 of the first 5 positive integer mutiples of x are multiples of 3
=>x must be a multiple of 3 (otherwise there would just be 1 muliple of 3)

if x is 3, x is not a multiple of 6
if x is 6, multiple of 6
not sufficient

st 2: Fewer than 2 of the first five positive integers multiplying x are multiples of 12

x cannot be a multiple of 6. if it were to be so, it would have two or greater than two mutiples of 12

x=6=> (6, 12, 18, 24, 30)
x=12=> (12, 24, 36, 48, 60)
x=18=>( 18, 36, 54, 72, 90)

hence, B
