IMO C

a -> Much better is redundant
b/e -> compares tablet with 'keep records & transmit at a faster rate' instead of Paper
d -> faster rate speed doesn't make sense !

A) faster-much-better ---> redundant
B) comparing "records and transmit information" Vs "stone tablets". (wrong comparison)
D)faster implies speed. (use of word "speed" is redundant)
E) comparing "records and transmit information" Vs "stone tablets". (wrong comparison)
